 HHHHHeeellpppp!!!!!!!!!
My house is in foreclosure!!!! I thought I had it taken care of but my family said they could help and then backed out at the last minute. I now need to come up with around three thousand dollars because WalMart lost my mortgage payment through Moneygram at the payment center.....
My house is now an open garage sale....please come by and if you see anything and I do mean anything at all that you are interested in, for the right price it is yours.....This is my last resort as I have no job my wife just lost her job and we have no income for atleast a couple of weeks. I have to have this together by March 14th so that is the time frame I am looking at.
Please stop by and buy something!!!!!!!

 Re: HHHHHeeellpppp!!!!!!!!!
Wow! They're foreclosing because of one missed payment? That's a bit harsh.

 Re: HHHHHeeellpppp!!!!!!!!!
If the story must be told......I was three payments behind, I made a payment for two of those through Moneygram at WalMart on Febuary 8th, which they lost. I cannot find the receipt for the payment. WalMart and Moneygram both say they cannot find the payment. A week later I got a foreclosure notice. Intent to foreclose takes about thirty days, so I have until the 15th to come up with the money again, plus the third payment I was behind, plus late fees etc.

RamAford wrote: Wanna sell the winch off the jeep for $100 lol I'll wrap a rope around a stick and put a crank on it for you for that.... All jokes aside, I have been blessed enough to come to this conclusion. Although I love my house and do not want to lose it, it is just a building. My family and I can make a home anywhere. I have not given up on saving it but I am not going to stress over it any longer (not as much anyway). We have a place to live if the worse case scenario happens with my father-in-law in Elizabethton just a few miles from Little Stoney Creek. I actually am a little embarrassed of posting my business on here like this but was in panic mode for the second time in this situation. The first being the day I snapped at Hokie_YJ. Whatever happens.....happens. God will put me right where he wants and it will be for the best. Thank You to the people who have came by and have contributed and for those who haven't I understand! I've made some great friends here and can't wait to meet some more of you!!!! Spoken like the true words of a poor man!!!!

 Re: HHHHHeeellpppp!!!!!!!!!
I have some stock parts from the YJ where we lifted it. The stock springs are gone. There isn't a whole lot of now that I want to get rid of. It was mostly household items I had to sell.
I do have a queen size bed with a basic frame, some big Condor venue speakers that can also be used as cabinets for bass guitar or keyboard. I use one of them now to run sound to the computer that sounds pretty good. There is two 15" in each box. A couch that would be good for an extra room or something. Just random stuff.....No worries, though I know things are tough all over.
